- your name and email address as supplied by you when you contact us via our website
- any additional information you choose to provide when sending us a message via the contact us page of our website
- any additional information you choose to provide when speaking to us in person
How we use information about you
The Wake-up Ealing administrator holds this information for the purposes of contacting potential volunteers to help with our campaign. If you no longer wish to be contacted by the Wake Up Ealing administrator you can stop by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org We will not pass your details on to any other organisations without your permission nor use them for any other purpose than stated here.
How we protect your information
We keep information about you on password protected computers which use the latest antivirus software. Any written information collected from you will be initially stored in a locked cupboard then recorded electronically and immediately shredded. If you indicate to the Wake-up Ealing administrator that you no wish longer wish to be contact by them, we will immediately delete the details you provided.
We may update this policy occasionally and new versions will be available on the website.
